For your arrival and departure we offer a free hotel shuttle service to and from the Innsbruck airport and train station (from a stay of 6 nights)
On the day of your arrival your room is at your disposal from 2 p.m. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room until 11 a.m.
Free parking lots are at your disposal in front of our house. You are welcome to reserve a parking lot in our very own underground car park (according to availability). Per day and car we charge 10,00 €.
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome with us as long as they are used to hotels and other dogs. However, your four-legged companion has to be able to stay in the room on its own (without barking or damaging anything) as there is no possibility to take it to the restaurant or the wellness area. The price is € 25,- per day (max. 1 dog per room, final cleaning reserved). Please note that there is a muzzle requirement on public transport in Stubai valley. Please bring a dog basket or a dog blanket.
Our kitchen team will gladly try to meet your individual needs. Please inform us in good time so that we can organise something else if necessary. For vegans we can offer a 3-course menu in the evening.
The local tax of € 2,80 per person and per night (from 15 years) is not included in the room price or the offer and has to be paid in site
Almost everything is included in the room price – from the breakfast to the afternoon snack and the 6-course-menu of choice in the evening. Drinks in the afternoon and for dinner are charged extra. The use of the spa area (indoor pool, sauna & gym, etc.) is also free. On the day of your arrival, the afternoon buffet is already included and on your departure day, of course, the breakfast buffet is still included. If you want to leave very early, you are welcome to order a free packed lunch instead of breakfast for your journey home at the reception the evening before. A bathrobe per person, a wellness basket, towels, slippers and a hairdryer are provided in your room. For sport enthusiasts, we are happy to lend Nordic walking or hiking poles, backpacks, tennis rackets and tennis balls, mountain bikes, e-bikes (only in summer) and bicycle helmets (also in children's sizes). In winter you can rent snowshoes directly from us at the reception for free.
You are welcome to pay your total account in cash at the end of your stay. We also accept ATM or EC cards as well as credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
If you arrive after 8.30 p.m., please give us a quick call. We will be happy to prepare a little snack for you if you wish. Should you arrive after 10 p.m., please tell us in advance.
Yes, if you prefer your treatments in the afternoon from 4 p.m. onwards.
Yes, basically we are open all year round. Usually, we close for three weeks in May and reopen at the beginning of June.
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel area. You will get the password at the reception.
With the travel cancellation insurence you have taken out, you are covered without damage should you not be able to take your vacation as planned or have to leave early.
We would like to point out that smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms as well as in the entire indoor area.
