Tyrolean cottage sauna
Finnish sauna with an Alps character. We took this form of sweating at approx. 90°C and low air humidity from the Finns. We offer a new experience with the scents of spruces and other natural aromas. The sauna will stimulate your circulation and will care for your skin and breathing organs as well.
That's how you should use the saunas:
- shower before going to sauna
- get started (don't forget to put a towel to sit on) and sweat for 10-15 minutes
- cool your body down with the bucket shower and rub your body with the flake ice from the ice well
- get some fresh air
- relax and rest in the panorama relaxation room
Brine steam bath
By adding eucalyptus and mint extractions we achieve an even deeper cleaning effect for the breathing organs. With the special steam technique in combination with the warmth we manage to create a bio climate which resembles the one of a stay at the sea.
This bath is perfect for your lungs and ideal for the regeneration of your whole breathing area. It is also very good for people with skin issues.
Duration: approx. 15-20 minutes
Bio herbal sauna
This sauna has lower temperatures in addition to the use of mountain herbs. The oils are good for your breathing and your skin. Especially illness of the respiration system are influenced positively. The temperature is about 55°C and the air humidity 65%, that's why this sauna is also a good choice for beginners.
Coolness. In this area the glacier-cold freshness of your ice well is awaiting you. After going to sauna, rub your body with the ice from the well. You will fell a prickling feeling all over your body which shows the vitalizing effect. Also your circulation is stimulated and your immune system enhanced. You can repeat this procedure as often as you like.
After going to sauna there is nothing better than a cold bucket shower. A prickling sensation on your skin will bring you a nice cooling effect.
The foot bath according to Dr. Kneipp. Put your feet in the warm water and then in the cold and repeat a couple of times. It has good effects on the circulation and immune system.
Fresh air area
A nicely designed fresh air area with loungers and seats provide you with a wonderful view towards the Stubai Glacier. The perfect place to cool down after a nice sauna session.
